Mt Coot-tha
They say Everday's an adventure. I guess thats really true this days. It was really a true test of endurance as we keep ending up travelling on foot for long distances. First up it was Mt Cootha.
We missed the bus which goes there and the next one will only arrived in an hours time so we decided to walk there . it was written in the net that the bus ride would only take 3mins. We thought that it couldnt be that bad but we were wrong. We ended up walking for an hour; up and down steep slopes and after one hour our hopes just crushed when we saw this huge sign "Mount Coo-tha-> 12km" written on it. Climbing uphill for the next 12km is totally impossible!
So instead with huge disappointment, We decided to go to the Botanic Garden's nearby . But luckily for us there was a shuttle bus to Mount Coo-tha from the Botanics garden so we manage to fulfill our wish of goin there.
The view is really worth all those sweat we shed and the streneous long walk there. It was beautiful. We could see the view of the whole of Brisbane City from up there. After Mount Coo-tha we went to the Botanic Garden's too. Some of the collection of trees and flowers they have there is soo unique. i Love the Japanese Garden the most.. =)
The next walking trip we had was when we were on the way to Inala Village to buy some fresh seafood. We dropped down at the wrong bus stop this time and since we thought the village was just nearby, we decided to make our way there by foot.
We had to walk up and down those steep slopes for 45mins. My feet was aching like hell by the time we reach the seafood house.
Moral of the story: Just wait for the bus no matter how long it takes. lols!

There was soo many places that we went to, new things that we tried and i felt as it it was all a holiday and i will be going back to singapore soon. I guess i was still living in denial.
This 10 days seems to pass by soo slowly. I guess its just that im missing singapore and the people there soo much. It wasnt as bad when the parents was around. But when they left that week, i suddenly felt soo lost and suddenly everything just feels unbearable. i hate this feeling of loneliness.
On a lighter note, Brisbane is a beautiful City. Not as beautiful as perth though. The mode of transport; buses, trains or ferries. I love travelling by ferry the most coz
I just simply love watching the clouds from there. Its really beautiful. Whenever i look up at those beautiful creations, it just gives me a calming effect which i like.
I cant possibly type down every single day of my life here. They say a picture speaks a thousand words so lets just let the picture tell u people about my life here soo far. =)
