Ms Venkatraman Chithra, from Riverside Secondary School, is another stellar example. As the Head of Pupil Management, Ms Chithra had seen first-hand the desperate plight of the many youngsters she counselled. She has also counselled many pupils with personal or family problems, helping to restore in them hope and confidence. Her admirable efforts have not gone unrecognised. On one nomination form, a student considered her the “greatest influence in (her) life” and even dedicated a poem to her entitled “Angel in My Life”. Let me quote a line from the poem – “Her words will wipe away your greatest fears”. This line best captures the essence of Ms Chithra’s healing influence....

I used to be scared of Ms Chithra...She has this stern face with big eyes that says " Don't mess with me or else thats it". However since i became the vice president for the student council, me yuwei and jian Mei became very close to her and i realise shes a very very nice teacher and she actually smiles and laughs with us. We stayed up till late at nite during camp just talking to each other, She actually smiled at me when she pass me when normally she just keeps her serious face when she pass other students...That in a way causes some of my other frens to get jealous and think that im one of her 'pet'..childish people..... She inspire and motivates me a lot. Even though she doesnt teach me any subjects in sch ( she teaches POA) but during the O levels period she actually took the time to sit down with me during my free lesson and teach me.....i even went to her house before and she gave me free personal tutoring...Shes just so sweet...and even though she lets me and a few of us to call by her name only when we're with her, i respect her too much to do tat...to me she'll always be miss chithra a friend cum teacher who played a great role in my life.

1 month of fasting is finally over and tmr everyone will be happy celebrating Hari Raya. I just simply love Hari Raya..The atmoshere, new clothes, bags, shoes and everything else is just so wonderful. I LOVE this time of the year the best!.....Cant wait for tmr..

LOST SPECS FOUND!!!!

2 clutz girls lost their specs a few days ago and and fate brought back their specs back to them...woohoo....imagine how happy i was to find my specs back....i cant imagine losing this specs for good...this specs is only one months old and i really love it lots...i dun mind losing the old one but not this one...Really thankful its found ...and nuwul found her specs too...like we said we are fated to lose it and find it back...haha...we've been through a lot rite together..so fatedlah...

I WAS ON SURIA NEWS.....

I was kinda stammering during the interview and i think i look rather ugly on tv....argh...
But nonetheless i guess it was a rather good experience...i mean who gets to be on tv rite? its a once in a lifetime thing esp for me since i have no intention at all to join the entertainment industry.

Well a lot of medias came down to our school 2day for the Clean and Green Week 10,000 bottle collections. And i was one of the 'lucky' ones chosen to be on news. My mind was in a complete blank just now ar....All the malay words that i knew suddenly became forgotten....and i had a hard time figuring out how to say conserving the environment in malay. haha..nervousness...

My neighbour told my mum she saw me on tv and like my curly hair....and for those who saw me on tv...well..give me ur comments ya....

Anyway im relieved in a way that the chiron roadshow is over...however theres still lots of work to come...my sa appointment ceremony and the chiron camp....and i haven start my PP yet..gosh..hmm gona work on tat soon...

I LOVE KOREAN SHOWS. Im like so addicted to them now...I love the actors and actresses, the plots, the scenery...EVERYTHING....

Watching all this show has really open my eyes on the existence of True Love... Their love is so pure and true....

So what is True Love??

True Love is able to withstand all the challengers that comes in the way...As hard as it gets, u will try ur best to brave through it ... No matter how long even a few years of separation, the love still stays....You dun need to see ur loved ones every single day because true love lives in the heart forever ...They will be constantly in ur mind....the good memories will always stay and be the source of motivation...

However if its a one sided love, then its for the best that that u give up ur love so that they can find their own happiness...Sacrificing in a way is a form of true love too.....but this is only in the case of one sided love...if the feeling is mutual...hold it strong and never let it go...

I dont really know how love feels...i guess i haven really felt it before....but im sure i'll find my true love someday

Bukaing with the girls is just so much fun...Lots of laughing moments as always...

I guess ive fulfilled so much more things this puasa compared to last year. Firstly my family went to the link house to pray terawih almost every night. last year we just did our terawih at home. The atmosphere of praying together with so much people is just so different. It gives u a certain great feeling.

Secondly all our clothes for raya is done. Normally at this time its still in the process of sewing..
Thirdly this year we went to both the kampung glam bazaar and the geylang one. The atmosphere at geylang is so much better and the bazaar i also bigger. kampung Glam one super boring.
Fourthly my mum has already bought all the new bedsheets, cusion cover, flowers ..all the necessary decorating stuffs.
I guess i cant wait for raya too...i simply love playing fireworks the nite before raya....

Next week will be the baking week...Yey! lots of cookies to eat.....

I will dedicate this post to my 2 besties whom i love and treasure lots. The Friendship we share have stood strong for almost 4 years despite the ups and downs that we've experience. Im Glad and thankful after all this time, we're still together and will remain so forever. First up we will have the eldest of our grp VIdyawati Hendrik....




Vidya, We sat beside each other in class for more than 1 year...we love gossiping with one another abt everything; the plastics, hindi movies, our beloved shah rukh khan with his cute dimples hehe..and of course the 2 guys sitting behind us Chuan Lim and Siddiq who has the habit of sleeping in class during lessons..they were kinda cute ar....its cute to see her blush whenever she see our maths Teacher MR Kok y.H coz he posseses cute dimples. ( She have a fetish for guys with dimples)
This bestie of mine is a simple girl who posseses a great voice and heart...she can sing very well...And though how many times she denies it, i still think shes pretty.....She has a good fashion sense and always knows to doll up herself nicely...Well now shes in Monash College in Jakarta and she will be moving on to Monash Uni next year february majoring in business....Although she's far there but i believe our friendship still remains strong....We'll chat with one another every weekend where ill be updating her about the things and ppl going ard here and we'll just keep going on wif our gossips here and there. We'll meet up whenever she comes to visit Singapore during her school hols..and of course our constant friendster testi to one another....Bestie i'll always love u and i pray ull succeed and enter Monash with flying colours.....
Ps: Wait for me too ya....i wana go Monash Uni too....miss u so much...cant wait for u to come and visit me here.....

Next up is my Darling Nana...



A nice gal with a loud voice. Sat with her during miss haslinda’s English class. Its so funny how she can even doze off even during an English test and It was rather hard trying to wake her up while trying not to let the teacher see.

Dun ever be deceive by her looks. She can play soccer as well as the guys. She can be quiet sometimes and happy and hyper the other. Vidya used to be so afraid of her mood swings. Sometimes she can be hyper and so happy, at another point, upset and angry. A great girl whose very filial and loves to cook. She’s a homey too just like me...When nana and I chat, we can just continue on and on for hours.

We really have a lot in common, from being mix blood to the type of things we like even our dream guy…Im just so thankful and lucky that shes still in the same school as me. Although we might be too busy sometimes but at least we could meet up after school and walk home together to catch up with one another.

Thank u dear for being there for me all this time….Raya must come my house kay with nasrin…

Been long since ive updated. Was resting at home the past few days.
I looked like a one sided puffer fish after my wisdom tooth operation on friday nite....it was real painful..The dentist extracted two of my teeth and he had a hard time pulling them out as my tooth roots was very strong....he gave me 5 injections in the mouth to numb it but still i could feel the pain when he extracted my tooth..... I end up not sleeping the whole nite that day as my gum was bleeding the whole time and i was having fever. Till now one side of my face looks squirish compared to the other side. Wat luck....I couldnt eat any solid food and all ive eaten the past few days was yoghurt.....

The dentist said my right side of my wisdom tooth need to be extracted also. He ask me to come back after hari raya for the next operation. Never am i going back there again and feeling all this pain. Once is enough.....

Thanks for all the concern all of u gave me when i was sick...appreciated it alot...
Thanks azzah for especially coming to my house today to visit me...
And special thanks to my family especially my mum who took care of me alot....made her cudnt sleep the whole nite because of my pain....love u all...
